Rates:

High Season (December 1st through April 30th)

$250 per night (4 night minimum or a $1000 minimum rental fee)

$225 per night (weekly rental)

$200 per night (monthly rental)

Low Season (May 1st through November 30th)

$175 per night (6 night minimum or a $1050 minimum rental fee)

$150 per night (weekly rental)

$125 per night (monthly rental)

Rates do not include $25 (per week/stay) cleaning fee.

All bookings will require a $500 security deposit and a 50% non-refundable initial payment.
